My honest answer is this: it might be a very good time to sell in Denver, but really, the right timing depends on your home, your goals, your neighborhood, and your strategy.
This isn’t the kind of market where every home sells instantly just because it hits the MLS. Buyers are more thoughtful than they were a few years ago. They’re comparing price, condition, updates, layout, and location much more carefully. But that doesn’t mean sellers are stuck. The Better Question to Ask
I always tell sellers that the question is not just: “Is it a good time to sell?”
The better question is: “Is it a good time for me to sell my house in Denver, Colorado?”
That’s where the real answer is.
